I am wanting to do a bottle test on my 03 LB7. One to test the fuel pressure relief valve, and another to test the return rates on the injectors per bank. I have been searching a LOT and can't find the info on which lines to tap into. On a stock LB7 there is no way to do a bottle test to check the popoff. Then again how many have ever had a LB7 pop it open.

Yes, there is a test to check if the FPRV is bleeding off rail pressure-- "Bottle Test" Remove the "U" hose from the back of the fuel rail- plug the hose. Attach a piece of hose to the fuel rail nipple and insert the hose in a bottle, now drive the truck hard with a few full throttle runs- if the FPRV bleeds off fuel into the bottle, the valve .
